I love that Burn Rate WORKS! I also love that I don’t have to spend money on a Venti Green Tea daily at Starbucks, buy anti bloat supplements, sleep supplements or fat burner supplements because it’s all in one! I sleep GREAT, have better energy! I am 60 years old and I have still gotten results in my midsection in just a few weeks! I have and would recommend any products by Mike Dolce because he knows so much about health and nutrition and he lives what he preaches! From his podcasts to his diets to his products, they are all SOLID and they WORK! I tried other Berberine and didn’t get these results! Mike is honest and doesn’t like fads and he wants to help people. Also, I’m diagnosed and medicated for ADHD. I’ve gone off Adetall in using this product. He said not to take Burn Rate with other stimulants so I went off of my medication and Burn Rate helps just as well with my focus and I sleep way better from the magnesium and my blood pressure is way down! This is my self-led evaluation on how you single product Burn Rate performs when taken in isolation without interference from other vitamins or supplements.I have completely eliminated every other supplement from my routine. I no longer take Vitamin C, B complexes, or any additional boosters. Instead, I’ve followed a clean, whole-food-based nutritional approach aligned with Mike Dolce’s dietary principles and have only supplemented with Burn Rate during this time. One of the most surprising effects I’ve noticed is the near-complete absence of seasonal allergy symptoms. Based on personal research and experience, I believe this may be due to several key mechanisms in the formula: Stimulant Effects with the caffeine and increased dopamine and adrenaline help with fatigue, brain fog, and inflammation, as well as reduce perception of allergy-related discomfort. It might be possible that I could be still experiencing histamine activity, but I just do not feel it as much.
